There are thousands of web designers out there – who do you pick? The choice can be overwhelming. I feel it’s best to know who you’re working with. Someone who lives in your community that you can easily set up a face to face meeting with. Someone who, if you meet them on the street, you’ll be happy to say hello to. More like a friend.

Meet the Team

Deb Foley, Owner

Debbie Foley has an extensive background in Information Technology, Database Management and Website Design and Development. She enjoys helping fellow business owners create new opportunities for growth by expanding their web presence. After leaving a career as an Information Systms Manager, she transitioned into developing websites for small businesses and non-profits. She enjoys problem solving and the challenge of determining and implementing startegies for long term success. With Deb’s extensive web development, interactive media and HTML/CSS skills, giving SCWD’s clients excellent web design and development is her top priority.

Debbie is very active in her community and supports projects such as Surfrider Foundation and Paddle2Live.org through the John Wayne Cancer Foundation.

Cindy Rutland, Developer

A few years ago, Cindy decided she needed a website for her health and fitness business. Most folks would have hired someone to design it, but not Cindy. She knew she could do it herself. After a little study, and a lot of trial and error, she successfully launched her own site. And in the process, she realized how much she enjoyed website design.

After her initial success, Cindy immersed herself in web design books, coursework and online tutorials – and began designing some sites for friends. She’s very excited to be working with Debbie Foley and SCWD, where she hopes put her knowledge of WordPress and HTML to good use and create compelling websites for SCWD’s clients.

Cindy has a business degree from San Diego State University.
She is a Holistic Health Practitioner and Health and Fitness trainer.
She enjoys living a healthy lifestyle while living in San Clemente with her husband and their newest addition – a baby boy.
