Look around and you’ll see a trend out there. Keep it simple and get back to the basics. The Kettlebell workout is a perfect example of that.

Have you heard of the new trend in working-out taking the workout set by storm, Kettlebell training? The kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle on it; the design is very simple, very basic and extremely effective. The kettlebell workout can be completed within about 45 minutes and not only will you see results almost immediately, you’ll be feeling it.

San Clemente is home to one of the top Kettlebell training studios around with some of the most professionally trained instructors, North Beach Kettlebell.

NBKB owner Gabby Eborall holds the only Russian Kettlebell Level 2 Certification in South Orange County. It took her 6 months of hard work and training under Russian Kettlebell Guru, Pavel to earn it.

“I have been working in the health and wellness industry my whole career and this is one of my proudest accomplishments,” says Eborall.

“What sets NBKB apart is that we’ve really put a lot of time into seeking out the best possible education in utilizing the kettlebell for training. If an individual is looking to learn how to use them, we are specialists and consistently evolving, says Eborall.  “We also work closely with our clients on an individual basis as well as in the small group setting to ensure that they stay fresh and reach their goals. The studio itself has attracted a wide variety of clients and generates a very cool vibe. The camaraderie here is pretty fantastic.”

The workout consists of a warm up, joint mobility work, strength and cardio training using both the kettles and TRX Suspension training, then a nice stretch.

Eborall says that if clients take a synergistic approach to their workouts, combining the exercise regime with healthy eating habits that they can expect to see results pretty quickly. She says you’ll notice inches and fat being replaced. Clients will also notice overall improved movement and range of motion which translates really well into their other activities or sport such as surfing and golf.

“San Clemente Website Design built our website back in 2010, Debbie has been with me from the beginning. One thing about Debbie is that she will work hard to get things exactly how I would like them on the site; she has been a lifesaver for me. If I need a change, she is on it and this is very critical since the website may be a potential clients first-glimpse of the business. She brings creativity along with mad skills to the table.”
